its interesting but the kids will maybe poke fun. i think it'd be a better middle name .

Reply:I've always loved that name, but you've gotta make sure it goes with the last name. Something like "Mikhail Flanagan" sounds pretty ridiculous...yanno?
Reply:I dunno, it's very Russian-sounding. Like the other person said, it really depends upon your last name. If your last name happens to be "Gorbachev" or something like that, then it works.
Reply:Mikhail is Russian for Michael. Not a very common name among Anglos, and certainly will be mispelled by teachers, friends, etc., but definitely different!
