Is Raquel a boys' name or a girls' name?

I heard the name "Raquel" somewhere the other day. I think it's an interesting name, but I really don't know if it's a girls' name or a boys' name! I don't mean to offend anyone, though.

On a website it said that it's a girl name that's spanish for ewe. Not like ewwww gross, like a type of animal I think!
