What is your LEAST favourite boys and girls name?

there's a Lot of names that arn't my taste, but as far my aboslute LEAST favorite names





Boys:





#1 for sure is Declan all i think of is a kid wanting to "Deck Declan"





Atreyu...sounds like a sneeze and i dont really like Trey any better

Mortimer (my grandpas name!)


Chester (my dad's name!)








Girls: Names with a bunch of prefixes and suffixes thrown together. you know which ones i mean. all the La' Da' Na' names w/ 'ita's 'yah's and 'ifa's at the end.

there's a lot more, but really Declan and Atreyu are my least favorite.





P.S. i too hate the TREND (not the names) for all the names ending in 'den" even though my sons' name is Aiden. mostly because when i named him i triple checked all known popularity lists to make sure his name was no where near top 100. and it wasnt. by his first birthday it was #40. and now there is atleast one of all those names everywhere you turn.





so people who hate it for people following trends. not all of us did it just the jump on the bandwagon...some of us chose it when it was still "different." infact my parents had never heard it and wanted to know where on earth we came up with it....just thought i would share.

Reply:Girls, Caroline %26amp; Joy. I have seen a few younger girls named JOY. Terrible. My wife hates it when people call her Caroline (usually her own family). Also MacKenzie, and most surname names, although I like Lucas %26amp; Mitchell for a boy.





Boys - Wayne, Dwayne, Aaron %26amp; Judd. Went to school with a Judd. WTF were his parents thinking??
